Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to iVideoFriends, including creator profiles, posts, messages, livestreams, recordings, Fan Clubs, purchases, and other interactions. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for content you upload, publish, transmit, livestream, or send through the platform. Illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content and conduct are not allowed.

Content review and enforcement

iVideoFriends is not required to pre-screen every item, but reserves the right to review user content and account activity for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment integrity, and enforcement of platform policies. Reviews may use automated systems and authorized trained personnel.

We may restrict access, preserve relevant records, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies. Suspected misuse may be investigated and reported when legally required.

Creator transactions

Creator memberships are purchased separately and provide the stated access for 30 days. Manual renewal is the default unless a member expressly enables auto-renew. Purchases are also governed by the Purchase and Refund Policy.

Platform changes

Features and policies may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or account contact information where required.
