Purchase and Refund Policy

All Chip purchases, Platform Discovery Access purchases, and creator purchases are final and non-refundable after Chips are issued, digital content is delivered, access begins, or a paid request is submitted.

This policy covers Platform Discovery Access, Fan Club memberships, pay-per-view posts and replays, tips, gifts, priority messages, private-room requests, custom requests, and Chip purchases.

Access and membership renewal

Platform Discovery Access costs $4.95 for 30 days and uses manual renewal. Each Fan Club purchase also provides 30 days of access. Manual renewal is the default: the member must click Renew to purchase another 30 days. Fan Club auto-renew applies only when the member explicitly selects it and may be turned off before the next renewal. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges but does not refund the current paid period.

Required exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. iVideoFriends may investigate unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, defective digital content, or purchases that were not delivered as described. Payment-provider charge and dispute rights also remain available where applicable.

Immediate delivery

Checkout requires express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment that a statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery or access begins.

Records

Every purchase records its product, price, account, timestamp, revenue split, renewal preference, accepted policy version, and Trac receipt reference for dispute review.
